With the hooks on the turnbuckle portion out from the inside of one hook to the inside of the other hook is 12". The minimum length between the hooks when they are all the way in is 7-5/8".

More information will be required to find the right grease seal. I would also use a digital caliper like # PTW80157 to get a precise measurement. To find the inner diameter of the grease seal you can measure the spindle where the seal sits. See the diagram below. Once you have the inner and outer diameter you can use the link below too all of our seals to filter down and find the right replacement assuming one is available.

When replacing your equalizers it's best to match the bolt hole spacings to prevent having to switch out/alter your other suspension components to fit the new spacing. You'll need to measure the horizontal distance between the shackle strap bolt holes and the vertical distance from the hanger bolt hole down to the center of the shackle strap bolt holes. Yes, anytime you use a hitch extender or reducer like # HR26 you will lose about 1/3 of your hitches overall capacity. However, since you'll be towing a trailer that weighs between 4,500 to 5,000 lbs, the Brophy Hitch Reducer # HR26 will still work fine because it has a 5,000 lb max capacity.

Hello Sandy thanks for the picture. The valve in your picture appears to be a double waste valve like the Valterra Motorhome San Tee # T18A. This valve uses a 3" spigot with a 1-1/2" hub off to the side, both of which are the standard valve sizes. You could always measure the current valve to confirm this, but based on what I can see in your picture, the # T18A will be exactly what you need.
